Two weeks to prove one automation before scaling it

The evidence sprint is a fixed-scope way to test whether a workflow is worth automating before committing to a larger build.

Apples is applying to the OpenAI Partner Network and Anthropic partner ecosystem. We are not currently representing ourselves as an approved OpenAI or Anthropic partner.

Typical scope

Price

$1,500-$3,000

Final scope depends on integrations, access, and risk.

Timeline

2 weeks

Enough time to prove one workflow, not enough time to hide unclear scope.

Expansion

$2k-$6k/mo

Managed rollout, monitoring, support, and additional workflow builds.

How it runs

Week 1

Pick one workflow

Choose the workflow with the clearest pain, enough repetition, and a measurable before/after target.

Week 1

Define the control points

Document inputs, outputs, owners, allowed actions, blocked actions, access needs, and approval gates.

Week 2

Build the thin version

Connect the real tools where practical, or prototype the workflow tightly enough to prove the operating logic.

Week 2

Measure and decide

Review output quality, time saved, failure cases, and whether the workflow deserves production rollout.

Deliverables

Workflow spec with owners, tools, data sources, and approval gates.
Working prototype or automation for one workflow.
Implementation notes and handoff documentation.
Before/after savings estimate and failure-case review.
Next-phase roadmap for production rollout or broader automation.

Start with the map

The sprint should follow a workflow map. If the map does not show a workflow with enough value, the right answer is to stop or pick a different workflow.

Start with one workflow

Map the work, prove one automation, then expand what works.
