Ceramic Mosaic Art permit-led demand generation

Built a permit-led demand generation pipeline for a pool mosaic business, using public pool-permit data to identify active pool projects and route qualified opportunities.

Apples is applying to the OpenAI Partner Network and Anthropic partner ecosystem. We are not currently representing ourselves as an approved OpenAI or Anthropic partner.

Business need

Demand generation

Problem

The business needed sales opportunities, not generic internal automation. New pool permits reveal homeowners, builders, and contractors with active pool projects that may need mosaics, medallions, depth markers, or custom pool art.

Build

Apples built a permit pipeline that normalizes public records, enriches owner data, scores lead quality, exports operating data to Google Sheets, and surfaces the live workflow inside the Apples client workspace.

Metrics from project artifacts

19,788 pool permit records in source database
20,360 exported permit rows including owner joins
1,777 enriched owner rows
754 unique saved emails
1,182 unique saved phones
Permit date range: 2025-10-01 to 2026-06-12

Numbers come from the Ceramic Mosaic Art project brief and June 2026 permit-leads export. Private Drive artifacts are not exposed publicly.

Result

The deployment turned permit data into an operating lead source. The next business decision is outreach compliance and Bob's exact qualified-customer definition.

Partner relevance

Transforms public data and customer context into an operating sales workflow.
Shows delivery beyond a chatbot: extraction, enrichment, scoring, export, workspace surface, and operator handoff.
Keeps private artifacts private while making enough proof public for partner review.
Creates a repeatable pattern for local-service and home-service SMBs.
