Apples AI ("we," "us") is an AI consulting firm operating at apples.live. We help small and mid-sized businesses automate operations using artificial intelligence. Contact: nikita@apples.live.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email address, business name. Collected only when you submit a form or opt in to SMS.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser user agent, pages visited, time on site. Collected automatically when you visit our website for analytics.
  • Business data: information about your business that you share with us during discovery calls or audit engagements.

3. How we use your information

  • To contact you about AI consulting services you've expressed interest in.
  • To send you SMS updates only if you have explicitly opted in via our opt-in form or consented during a live conversation.
  • To improve our website and services through anonymized usage analytics.
  • To deliver paid services we've agreed to perform for you.

4. SMS messaging terms

  • Opt-in: we only send SMS messages to people who have affirmatively opted in. Opt-in is obtained via our opt-in form, during phone conversations with explicit verbal consent, or via written agreement.
  • Message frequency: up to 4 SMS messages per month, typically fewer.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any SMS message. We honor opt-outs immediately and permanently. Reply HELP for support.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your carrier's plan. Apples AI does not charge for SMS.
  • Carriers: all major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No sharing: we never sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS-consent status with any third party for marketing.

5. How we share your information

We share your information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate (e.g., Twilio for SMS, SendGrid for email, and a managed database host). These providers are bound by contracts to protect your information.
  • Legal authorities when required by valid legal process.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

6. Your rights

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct: update any inaccurate information.
  • Delete: request deletion of your personal information.
  • Opt out: stop any SMS or email communications at any time.

7. Data retention

We retain contact information for as long as you remain a customer or prospect. If you opt out or request deletion, we remove your records within 30 days, except where we must retain them to comply with law (e.g., a record of your opt-out to prevent future contact).

8. Security

We protect your information with industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest for tokens and credentials), access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
